1. About Fiorry

Fiorry is a social networking and dating app for adults who want to meet new people, chat, and share experiences. We want Fiorry to be a welcoming and safe place, and these Terms explain the rules that help make that possible.

These Terms apply to your use of Fiorry, including our website at https://www.fiorry.co and our mobile apps (together, “Fiorry”).

They form a legal agreement between you and DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD, a company registered in Cyprus at Ifigeneias 14, Limassol 3036 (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Legal notice: before December 2025, Fiorry services were provided by PARADIZ SOCIAL LTD (from February 2025 to December 2025) and, prior to that, by FIORRY SOCIAL LTD (from 2020 to January 2025). All rights and obligations related to the Fiorry services have been assigned to DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD.

By accessing or using Fiorry, you confirm that you’ve read these Terms and agree to follow them.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app or website.

2. Who Can Use Fiorry

Fiorry is for adults only.

You may use Fiorry if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. By using the service, you confirm that:

  • you’re legally allowed to enter into these Terms;
  • you’ll follow the laws that apply where you live;
  • you’re not subject to court orders related to violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.

You’re responsible for making sure your use of Fiorry is lawful in your country.

3. Content You Share and How to Behave

3.1 Your Content

You can post profile information, photos, messages, and other materials on Fiorry (“Content”).
What you share is your responsibility.

3.2 What’s Not Allowed

To keep Fiorry safe and respectful, you must not post or share Content that:

  • is abusive, threatening, or harassing;
  • is pornographic, obscene, or demeaning;
  • promotes violence, self-harm, hate, discrimination, or illegal activity;
  • defames others or violates their privacy or intellectual property;
  • is spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation;
  • impersonates someone else;
  • contains malware or harmful code;
  • includes images of children or puts minors at risk.

You also must not share personal contact details or financial information on your profile.

3.3 Who Can See Your Content

When you upload Content to Fiorry, it may be seen by other Fiorry users, depending on how the app works and your profile settings.

We don’t promise that all Content will be shown, and we don’t check every post for accuracy.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

To protect users and the platform, we moderate Content and accounts. This can include a mix of automated checks and human review.

If we reasonably believe that Content or behaviour breaks these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law, we may:

  • remove Content;
  • limit visibility or features;
  • temporarily restrict or suspend an account;
  • permanently disable an account in serious cases.

Where the law requires it, we’ll provide an explanation for certain moderation or account decisions and explain what options are available to challenge them.

If you think a decision was a mistake, you can contact us at [email protected]. We’ll review your request, but we can’t promise that every decision will be reversed.

5. Keeping Your Account Secure

You’re responsible for keeping your login details private. Don’t share your password or let others use your account.

If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact us as soon as possible. We’re not responsible for unauthorised access that happens because login details were shared or not kept secure.

6. Premium Services and Payments

Fiorry may offer paid features or subscriptions (“Premium Services”) to enhance your experience.

6.1 Managing Subscriptions

How you manage a subscription depends on where you bought it:

  • Apple App Store: through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Google Play: through the Subscriptions section in Google Play.
  • Direct website purchases (if available): through your Fiorry account or by contacting [email protected].

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel them through the relevant platform.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds depend on where you made the purchase:

  • App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules.
  • Direct website purchases, where available, are handled by Fiorry in line with applicable law.

6.3 Your Right to Cancel (EU/UK)

If you live in the UK or the European Economic Area, you may have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days.

For digital content that starts immediately, this right may be lost if you agreed to start the service right away and confirmed that you understood this.

7. Ownership of Content and Our Licence

You own the content you post on Fiorry.

By sharing content, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it only for running and improving Fiorry—for example, hosting it, displaying it to other users, and promoting the service.

This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where:

  • other users have already received or saved the Content; or
  • we need to keep it for legal or safety reasons.

8. Leaving Fiorry and Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time through the app:
Settings → Suspend account → Delete my account.

If you can’t access your account, you can email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting it.

After deletion, your personal data and content are removed. We may keep anonymised or aggregated data that can’t identify you to help improve the service.

Accounts that aren’t used for a while may become invisible to other users.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using Fiorry, you agree to that processing.

Fiorry may include links to third-party websites or services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Fiorry running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited—including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Apart from that, our total liability to you in connection with Fiorry will not exceed £25.

12. Indemnity

If your actions on Fiorry cause legal claims against us, you agree to cooperate and cover reasonable losses or costs we incur as a result.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.

If you’re a consumer in the European Economic Area, this doesn’t take away any mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use Fiorry means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
