1. Introduction & Scope

This Child Safety Standards policy applies to the Fiorry application, developed and operated by DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD.

We take child safety seriously. Even though Fiorry is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over, we believe that protecting minors from harm is a responsibility that goes beyond age restrictions alone.

Our goal is simple: to ensure that our platform is never used for the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors in any form. This policy explains the standards we enforce and the actions we take when those standards are violated.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual exploitation and abuse.

This means that the Fiorry platform does not allow, under any circumstances:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
  • Any content, interaction, or behavior that involves or targets minors in a sexualized or exploitative way

If we identify activity of this nature, the account involved is permanently removed from the platform without warning.

When required, we report relevant information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with applicable law enforcement authorities, in accordance with legal obligations.

3. In-App Reporting and Moderation

We provide a clear and accessible in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report content, profiles, or behavior that raises child safety concerns.

Reports are primarily reviewed through automated moderation systems designed to detect and flag potential violations of this policy. In certain cases, reports may be escalated for additional review to ensure appropriate action is taken.

If content violates this policy or appears to involve illegal activity, it is removed promptly, and further steps are taken in line with our obligations.

We encourage users to speak up. Reporting concerns helps us maintain a safer platform for everyone.
