About Fiorry

Fiorry is operated by DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD, a company registered in Cyprus at Ifigeneias 14, Limassol 3036.

Before December 2025, Fiorry services were provided by PARADIZ SOCIAL LTD (from February 2025 to December 2025) and, before that, by FIORRY SOCIAL LTD (from 2020 to January 2025).

All rights and obligations related to the Fiorry services have been assigned to DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD.

Who Fiorry Is For

Fiorry is a social networking and dating platform designed for adults. By creating an account and using the service, you enter into a legal agreement with us, and we process personal data in order to provide the service under that agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or minors. If we learn that an underage user has registered, the account will be terminated and associated profile information and messages will be removed.

Information You Share With Us

When you register, you are asked to provide certain information needed to create and manage your account. This typically includes details such as your display name, email address, date of birth, gender or orientation identity, and general location.

Additional information may be added to your profile if you choose to do so. This information is optional and remains under your control. Profile details can be reviewed and changed by logging into your account.

If you sign up or log in using a third-party account (for example, Apple ID, Facebook, or Google), we may receive information such as your email address, name, profile picture, date of birth, and location from that provider, depending on your settings with them. This information is used to create or update your Fiorry profile and to confirm that age requirements are met.

Sensitive Information and Profile Content

Some profile fields may reveal sensitive personal data, including information about sexual life or orientation, health, or ethnic background. Providing this information is voluntary, and many users choose not to share it.

Where you do choose to include such information, it may be visible to other users in line with how the service works and your profile settings. You remain free to edit or remove this information at any time, or to delete your account entirely.

Sensitive information is processed only where it has been provided by you and where it is relevant to operating the service, such as supporting compatibility features. If the information is removed, it is no longer used for those purposes.

Photos uploaded to your profile may also reveal sensitive information. You should consider this before sharing images publicly within the app.

We process personal data only where a lawful basis applies.

  • Contractual necessity
    Core account information, such as your display name, email address, date of birth, and location, is processed to provide the Fiorry service.
  • Consent
    Optional profile information, including photos and sensitive data you choose to provide, is processed based on your consent. Consent may be withdrawn by removing the relevant information or by deleting your account.
  • Legitimate interests
    Certain data is processed where necessary to operate and improve the service, provided your rights are not overridden. This includes location-based discovery, usage analysis, fraud prevention, and maintaining platform safety.

Marketing and Service Communications

Marketing emails or messages are sent only where you have chosen to receive them. Preferences can be changed in the app settings at any time.

We may also contact users for service-related messages or to request feedback aimed at improving Fiorry. Where this is done on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object.

Moderation and Account Restrictions

To protect users and the platform, Fiorry applies moderation measures that may include automated checks and manual review. Accounts, profile content, photos, and messages may be reviewed for compliance with our Terms and Community Guidelines.

Usage Data and Analytics

Location Information

Certain features allow users to discover others nearby or in selected cities. To enable this, the mobile app may collect location information, such as approximate location or latitude and longitude, when location permissions are enabled.

Location permissions can be managed through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Fiorry
  • Android: Settings → Location → App permissions → Fiorry

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as your account remains active.

When you delete your account, personal data associated with the account is deleted promptly as part of the account deletion process. Fiorry does not maintain a separate post-deletion retention period.

Aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytical and service improvement purposes.

Sharing Data With Third Parties

We share personal data with third parties that support the operation of Fiorry, including:

  • IT and hosting providers
  • communication and verification services
  • content moderation and safety providers
  • law enforcement authorities, where required by law or to protect vital interests

All such parties are required to process data in line with appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

In the event of a corporate transaction, such as a merger or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that process.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. No system is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Suspected account compromise should be reported via the app or to [email protected].

International Transfers

Fiorry operates internationally, and personal data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where international transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to receive a portable copy of your data, or to withdraw consent.

Complaints may be submitted to the relevant supervisory authority. Users in Cyprus may contact the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Account Deletion

Accounts can be deleted through the app by navigating to Settings → Suspend account → Delete my account and following the instructions.

If access to the account is no longer possible, a deletion request may be sent to [email protected] from the email address associated with the account. Verification may be required.

Once an account is deleted, personal data and user-generated content are removed. Aggregated or anonymised analytics data may be retained.
