Fiorry’s corporate history and continuity
Fiorry was originally founded in 2020 by FIORRY SOCIAL LTD, a United Kingdom-registered company. From 2020 onward, the platform grew from an early-stage project into a dating service for the transgender and non-binary communities across the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
In 2025, as part of a planned corporate restructuring to consolidate the platform’s global intellectual property, Fiorry’s assets were briefly held under PARADIZ SOCIAL LTD before being transferred to DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD.
As of December 2025, DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD became the sole legal successor of Fiorry, assuming all rights, historical data, and obligations associated with the platform.
This restructuring was carried out to consolidate global operations and improve international scalability and regulatory alignment. It was not a change in ownership in the practical sense. The founder, core management, and the technical and community moderation teams that built and ran Fiorry since 2020 remain in place.
There has been no change in product direction or executive leadership. DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD represents the structural continuation of the same team that originally launched Fiorry.
