Community Guidelines
Last updated: January 22, 2026
Why these guidelines exist
Fiorry is a dating and social app for adults. We’re building a space where transgender people and their allies can meet, talk, and connect without fear of harassment or pressure.
These Community Guidelines explain what’s allowed on Fiorry, what isn’t, and what happens when rules are broken. They work together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Who can use Fiorry
- Fiorry is for adults only. You must be 18+, or the age of majority in your country if higher.
- Content involving minors, or behaviour that exploits or endangers minors, is strictly prohibited.
Authenticity and profile integrity
We want real people and genuine interactions.
What’s expected
- Present yourself honestly.
- Share only what you’re comfortable sharing.
What’s not allowed
- Impersonating someone else.
- Misrepresenting key facts in a way that misleads others (for example, age or identity).
- Using Fiorry for scams, fraud, or deceptive behaviour.
Each person may have one account only. Creating multiple accounts or new accounts to get around a ban or block is not allowed.
Content rules
Objectionable content (not allowed)
You must not post, upload, send, or request content that is:
- Harassing or hateful: slurs, threats, targeted abuse, hate symbols, or content attacking someone for who they are.
- Violent or extremist: content that promotes violence, terrorism, or serious harm.
- Encouraging self-harm: including content that glorifies or pressures people into self-harm or suicide.
- Non-consensual sexual content: sharing intimate images without permission, sexual coercion, threats, or blackmail.
- Explicit sexual content: pornographic images or explicit sexual acts in profiles or public areas.
- Involving minors: any sexual content involving minors or anything that puts minors at risk — zero tolerance.
- Illegal activity: content that promotes or facilitates illegal behaviour.
Intellectual property
Only share content you have the right to use. Don’t upload stolen photos, copyrighted media, or other materials without permission.
Photo guidelines
Photos should:
- represent you and not be designed to deceive;
- not include other people unless you have their consent;
- avoid nudity, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, or illegal activity.
Images that are heavily edited to mislead others may be removed.
Communication and consent
Respectful communication
Treat others with respect. Harassment, threats, or repeated unwanted messages are not allowed.
Sexual content and boundaries
Sexual messages or images should only be sent if the other person clearly welcomes them. If someone says no — stop.
Outing, doxxing, and blackmail
Never:
- share someone’s private information without consent;
- threaten to reveal someone’s gender history or identity;
- use intimate content to pressure or control someone.
These behaviours are treated seriously and may lead to immediate action.
Safety and scams
Fiorry does not support:
- financial solicitations,
- escorting or sexual services,
- commercial advertising or promotions.
Requests for money, “investment opportunities”, or gift cards are common scam tactics. Please report them.
Account security
- Keep your login details private.
- Don’t share your account or use bots or automation.
- If you think your account was accessed by someone else, contact support.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Reporting and blocking
You can report users or content directly in the app. You can also block users to stop further contact.
Blocking someone does not automatically trigger moderation, but reporting does.
What happens if you report someone
When you submit a report:
- We review it
Reports are reviewed using a combination of automated checks and human review, depending on the situation. - We assess the context
We look at the reported content or behaviour, the surrounding context, and whether it violates these Guidelines, our Terms, or the law. - We take action if needed
Possible actions include removing content, issuing warnings, limiting features, temporarily restricting an account, or permanently banning an account in serious or repeated cases. - Appeals
If you believe a decision was made in error, you can contact us at [email protected]. Where required by applicable law, we may provide reasons for certain decisions and information about available options to challenge them.
We can’t guarantee a specific outcome for every report, but we take safety seriously and review reports in good faith.
Safety tips (please read)
- Take your time. Don’t feel pressured to share personal details too quickly.
- Protect your finances. Never send money, gift cards, or financial information to someone you met on the app.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it probably is—report and block.
- Meet safely. If you choose to meet offline, do so in a public place and let someone you trust know where you’re going.
- Use in-app tools. Reporting and blocking are there to help you stay in control.
