Corporate History

Since 2020, Fiorry has grown from a local project into a platform serving the transgender and non-binary communities across the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union.

Fiorry is a global dating platform originally founded in 2020 by FIORRY SOCIAL LTD (United Kingdom). In 2025, as part of a strategic corporate restructuring to consolidate global intellectual property, the platform’s assets were briefly managed by PARADIZ SOCIAL LTD.

As of December 2025, DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD (registered in Cyprus, Ifigeneias 14, Limassol 3036) became the sole legal successor and parent organization of Fiorry. DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD acquired all rights, historical data, and obligations, ensuring full continuity of the brand’s established reputation since 2020.

The move to DREAMTEK THRILL APPS LTD was part of a corporate restructuring to consolidate our global operations, and the original founding technical and community moderation teams were retained in place.
